Sauna
A sauna is a health care modality, which is sitting in a low-pressure room that is well heated, usually about 70-100 C. The dry heat encourages intense sweating, which gets rid of toxins, cleanses the skin and enhances the flow of blood. The warmth loosens muscles, relieves joint pain, and aids in the quicker recovery following physical exercise. Saunas have also been known to improve the health of the heart by helping to increase blood flow and help in burning calories. Both relaxation and stress reduction are achieved by spending time in a sauna, which gives a feeling of calmness to the body and mind. Sauna sessions on a regular basis can enhance overall wellbeing, boost immunity and restore the body in a natural way.
